I like to apply The Wonder Method™ to unwind feelings/emotions that are limiting your life. By activating your own healing on a cellular and spiritual level, you allow your body to heal itself emotionally, physically and spiritually.

Chakras Healing
In Sanskrit the word chakra roughly translates to “wheel.” The 7 symbolic energy wheels in your body begin at the base of your spine and end at the crown of your head. Each one is related to a specific location, function and color.

Each chakra symbol incorporates the powerful circle as a reminder of our connection to the divine. The 7 chakras are the main energy centers of the body.
You've probably heard people talk about "unlocking" their chakras, which refers to the idea that when all of our chakras are open, energy can run through them freely, and harmony exists between the physical body, mind, and spirit. When any of the chakras are closed or blocked, chronic pain, disease in the body can occur.

In order to correct this problem, the 7 chakras must be opened and re-balanced allowing energy to flow freely into the physical body.
Chakras influence not only different physical regions of the body, but they also affect our emotional and spiritual well-being. In my healing session I restore the flow of balance and I clear any stagnation or blockages from the chakras. I transmit Life force energy to all or specific chakras using principally the Quantum-Touch® technique.
